In-Mould-Labeling

In-mould-labeling (IML) is a highly advanced technique of decorating plastic aricles. Using the latest innovations in print technology, photographic decoration with the same composition as the actual packaging material is printed on plastic film. High-gloss, satin or "no-label" transparent look are the three different design possibilities for the foil.

Using a special feed mechanism, the printed film is inserted directly into the injection mould resulting in a produced-in-production finished article without the need for additional printing or labeling. This makes it possible to manufacture packaging consisting of a single material yet exhibiting all the characteristics required of perfect packaging. It is environmentally compatable, hygienic and ideal for foodstuff as well as non-food items.

Offset printing

With Offset printing it is possible to print all the colours on round, oval and rectangular packaging and covers, transforming your packaging into a perfect advertising medium. The printing colours - which are compatible with foodstuffs - are blended by a tried and tested colour mixing system to produce all common printing tones (pantone and HKS tones).

During dry offset printing (a variant of the classical letterpress printing technique), a dyed printing block over rubber pad is used to print the entire image (comprising up to eight colours) on the pre-treated product. After printing, the image is dried at UV station and then it is ready to use.

Screen printing

Screen printing offers high quality packaging that incorporates up to three colours. Every colour is applied individually to the product. This printing technique offers a high covering power of the colors, even on pre-colored containers and lids.
